This is my third book – a cookbook! Fruit and vegetables has been one of my most important source of inspirations in my work and cooking has always been one of the great joys in my life. Therefore it felt naturally when Norstedts suggested that I should make a cookbook. The starting point for this project took place during a visit in southern France where I botanized in a lot of fantastic markets. Every chapter is dedicated to a specific fruit or vegetable.
